I love plants and gardening. I've always enjoyed spending time with my hands in the dirt. It's very therapeutic and calming. Such joy and satisfaction all from growing plants and gardening. After a hard day, sitting in my garden helps me to relax and let go of the daily stress. Gardening is a great stress reliever. Not only that but gardening can help you eat healthier by growing your own fruits and vegetables. Even though I've always enjoyed gardening especially as a child, once I grew up and moved away from home I didn't have time for gardening. But as time past by and my children begin to get bigger, I decided to get back into gardening. I started back with a small container garden and before you know it I had three small row dug up in the back yard! Gardening has even helped me to lose weight!
